What is the process of booking a conference? 

1.       Send your request to Hermes Events by filling out a request form or calling us at: 08-730 23 00

2.       Based on your request, we investigate the best conference facilities for your needs

3.       You’ll receive three proposals of meeting room options, which we believe may suit your
   meeting / event

4.       Make a decision on which option you would like to book 

We handle all reservations and management of the conference room to save you time, at no cost to you!
